 Week 16

Can that be right? How have 16 weeks possibly gone by?

 It was Kelsey's last week of parental leave. We tried to soak in all our time together.
Mastering tummy time!
Noah discovered hats this week! We approve!
Our friends Justin and Molly got married in Iowa this weekend. Justin and Molly were in our Covid pod over the winter so they got to hold Noah a lot! 
We clean up pretty nice, I think!
Noah especially.

On a slightly less upbeat note, can we talk about how hard traveling with an infant is? Holy crap we had to pack like every possession we own and then stop after driving 90 minutes so Noah could get VERY upset in a Wal-Mart parking lot for an hour while we tried to feed and soothe her. This not-being-able-to-control-the-human-we-made thing is hard! Turns out she's her own person or something? The weekend was SO FUN and we are SO TIRED.

 Lisa's birthday, McCarstons get the flu, and lots of playing Lisa reading to Mo, lots of playing to be seen around the room Noah floating in the bath Grandma Patti and Grandpa Jeff got the kids a butterfly kit.  School Year in Full Motion Mo and Mama snuggles Mo with a worm Noah and Mo eating ice cream! Renny made this at school with a laser printer and then Noah painted it! At her school playground! Top pony for Noah She picked out this outfit all by herself! We went to a fund raiser our friend Melissa was canoeing in and they had lots of fun kids stuff - including face painting!
